Parking Parking is managed by a third party within Atlantic Station. • Guest parking available for $23/night • Paid directly through the on-site system • Please make sure all vehicle info is entered correctly to avoid booting Other Things to Note • No animals (building policy) – $500 fee for violations • No smoking – $500 fee • Please return the building key fob back in the lockbox on floor 1 at checkout • Lost or missing key fobs will result in a $200 replacement fee • Exterior security camera located outside the unit near the entrance.
